Meanwhile, the other end is a spoolie to brush out and neaten up existing hairs for a perfectly primed look. When combined together, you're graced with a shapely, defined brow that takes you through the day.
The long-wearing formula can last up to 12 hours for an unbeatable look that doesn't let you down.

How do you use it?
