The Florence By Mills Episode 1: Brighten Up Brightening Toner allows your complexion to take centre stage, even on the days you feel fragile and fatigued.
This brightening toner prepares your skin for the spotlight. Supercharged with vitamins and antioxidants, it works behind the scenes (aka, deep within the skin's surface) to add a natural radiance to your complexion. Expect dark spots, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone to be corrected and brightened, thanks to an infusion of agastache mexicana, whilst a fusion of lavender and cucumber water helps to cool, calm and soothe skin, leaving you with a much more balanced canvas.
